I built BRIF for myself, to prepare for my own interviews and the people I wanted to meet at events. Now I'm opening it to everyone who refuses to walk into a conversation unprepared.

Questions

Where does BRIF get its information?

Public sources only: articles, interviews, podcast pages and YouTube transcripts. Every claim in the brief links to where it came from, so you can check it in one click.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

You can. ChatGPT can help you research a guest and prepare thoughtful questions. BRIF's Deep Brief takes guest research a step further by comparing their past interviews for you.

It finds your guest's appearances on YouTube, analyzes available transcripts, and compares the questions and answers. It recognizes similar questions even when they're phrased differently and highlights recurring topics across the interviews reviewed.

From there, it suggests where you could take the conversation: which topics to explore further, which answers invite a follow-up, and what new questions emerge from what your guest has already said.

You get a clearer picture of the ground already covered — and where there's room to explore. The comparison is built into the process, so you don't have to design your own research workflow.

Findings are based on the interviews and transcripts BRIF can access. They reflect the material reviewed, not every appearance your guest has ever made.

What if the person isn't famous?

BRIF works with whatever is public: a LinkedIn profile, a company page, a conference talk. If there's little to find, the brief says so instead of inventing.

How long does it take?

A quick brief takes about two minutes, a deep brief eight to fifteen, because it also listens to the guest’s podcasts. It shows up on screen and in your inbox.

How much does it cost?

Free while in beta. After launch, plans start at €19 a month, or €9 for a single deep brief.

What happens with my email?

It's used to deliver your brief. You only get updates about BRIF if you tick the box.
