For podcast studios, production teams, and media companies

Less research time.More questions that move the conversation forward.

BRIF listens to your guest's past interviews, compares questions, and counts how often they have answered them. It spots where they open up and where their answers stay brief, then builds questions and an interview plan around your show.

Your producer gets in-depth research. Your host gets clear talking points. Your team gets more time to make a great episode.

Your first brief is free. No credit card required. Delivered by e-mail in around 15 minutes.

Know what your guest has already shared. Find out what to ask next.

Great preparation goes beyond a biography. It means knowing which questions your guest has answered time and again, which topics get them talking, and where there is room to go deeper.

BRIF listens to available past appearances, compares questions, and analyses answers. It shows your team which stories keep coming up, where a promising thread deserves a follow-up, and how to approach familiar topics from a fresh angle.

So you can spend more time shaping questions that move the conversation forward, and give your listeners something new.

It listens to past appearances

BRIF reviews accessible podcasts, interviews, and talks, analysing the transcripts to uncover specific statements, stories, and talking points that a short web summary can miss.

For your team: A stronger research foundation, without your producer having to review every selected recording themselves.

It compares questions and counts repetitions

BRIF recognises the same question even when it is phrased differently. It shows how often it appears across the interviews reviewed and links to the relevant moment in the recording.

For your team: A clearer view of which answers your audience may already know, and where a different approach would help.

It finds where the conversation opens up

BRIF identifies topics where your guest gives fuller answers, shares concrete examples, or develops a story. It also flags questions they answer briefly, redirect, or leave unanswered.

For your team: Better clues for choosing topics and thoughtful follow-ups. These are signals from the conversation, not definitive judgements about how the guest feels.

It turns the research into a plan for your show

BRIF connects its findings to your show's purpose, audience, and length. It suggests a question sequence, explains why each question matters, and adds follow-ups to explore the topic further.

For your team: A practical briefing your producer and host can start working with immediately.

Why BRIF if your team already uses ChatGPT?

Thorough interview preparation involves finding sources, reviewing recordings, comparing questions, checking claims, and adapting the research to your show.

BRIF brings those steps together in a purpose-built interview research workflow. Enter your guest and show details, and BRIF prepares a connected briefing with questions, sources, and a suggested interview outline.

Less time assembling the research. More time making the editorial decisions that give your show its identity.

the detail a general audience might miss

BRIF adapts the preparation to each show's audience and purpose. The same underlying research becomes the foundation for different conversations.

When a guest returns, BRIF draws on questions and conversations saved in your team's workspace. Even a different host can pick up where you left off.

What does your host receive?

One briefing brings together:

  1. A quick guest overview

the key information they need to get oriented.

  2. Previously covered ground

recurring questions and answers from the appearances reviewed.

  3. Opportunities to go deeper

interesting statements, unfinished stories, and potential follow-ups.

  4. A suggested interview outline

questions in sequence, with a reason and a follow-up for each.

  5. Quotes and sources

links for verification and additional context.

  6. Research flags

conflicting claims and details that still need confirmation.

Your host arrives with a clearer understanding of the guest and a strong starting point for the conversation.

From the first research pass to the next guest appearance

  1. Before recording

Add the guest, BRIF does the research

Add your guest and show, or connect your recording calendar. BRIF prepares the research, and your team checks key claims and chooses the editorial focus.

Share the briefing as a PDF or through a link that opens without signing in.

  2. During recording

On air mode next to the mic

On air mode keeps questions, follow-ups, and a timer in front of your host. They can mark questions as they are asked to keep track of the conversation.

  3. After recording

    The guest's history grows

Add the transcript or recording. BRIF updates the guest's history and suggests episode titles, a description, and potential clips.

The research and conversation remain useful for future episodes.

Why subscribe as a team?

For production studios and agencies

Make guest preparation part of your service. Deliver briefings with your studio's logo, colours, and name. Track usage by show and team member to help plan the work involved.

For media companies and editorial teams

Bring guests, research, and shows into one shared workspace. Knowledge stays available to the team when producers or hosts change.

For teams running multiple shows

Build a consistent preparation process while keeping each show's identity. Every host gets questions for their audience, and the team keeps a shared view of the work already done.

Your research. Clear access controls.

Use roles to decide who manages the workspace, who prepares briefings, and who can read them.

Internal notes and uploaded transcripts stay within your team's workspace. You can share a briefing through a link that opens without signing in; anyone who receives that link can access it. Creating a new link revokes the previous one.

Data is stored in the EU. You can export or delete it. The public guest index draws on public interviews and does not reveal who requested a briefing.

Frequently asked questions

Does BRIF review every appearance my guest has ever made?

BRIF analyses selected public appearances it can access. The depth of the briefing depends on the available sources. If it cannot access recordings or finds limited information, it flags that.

Can it guarantee a question my guest has never heard before?

BRIF identifies repetition in the interviews it reviews and suggests less-explored topics and different approaches. It cannot know what was asked in every public or private conversation.

Does BRIF replace our producer?

Your producer still sets the editorial direction, checks important claims, and chooses the questions. BRIF prepares the research foundation so they can spend more time shaping the show.

How reliably can it tell what a guest enjoys discussing?

It draws on the content of their answers: where they develop a story, share examples, or keep their response brief. These findings are useful preparation cues, not proof of the guest's feelings or intentions.
